To balance the inequity in local real estate development, Black Squirrel launched a Real Estate Accelerator in partnership with the national organization, Urban Land Institute, to recruit, train, support, and provide access to capital to 10 – 12 black and brown developers producing 50 new residential housing units annually for the next 5-years. This program is designed to provide high touch and access to capital through a detailed enhanced training program that leverages private and public resources to support program participants in scaling their real estate business competitively.
