Black Squirrel designed the “Philly Build-Up” program to engage Philadelphia’s corridor-based businesses to stabilize, inject resources, and grow their revenues. Black Squirrel will be launching a pilot project for one hundred (100) small businesses to complete a business risk and recovery assessment to determine their ability to grow and obtain capital utilizing its proprietary tool, BizScoreline.
